EXAMING CODES OF ETHICS
Ethical Responsibilities to Children
I-1.3 To recognize and respect the unique qualities, abilities, and potential of each child.
We have to realize each child can learn and each child learn differently.
Ethical Responsibilities to Families
I-2.2 To develop relationships of mutual trust and create partnerships with the families we serve.
We have to build trust with each parent , when we have trust then we will have respect.
Ethical Responsibilities to Colleagues
I-3A.1 To establish and maintain relationship of respect, trust, confidentiality, collaboration, and cooperation with co-workers.
At the work site their is always different feuds going on but we have to be the example for our children and many of us forget we have a code of ethical to respect each other.

Words of Inspiration and Motivation
Carollee Howes founded in several studies a combination of child care and family influences best predicted children's social development.
Janet Currie: Despite literally hundreds of studies, the jury is still out on the question of whether participation in Head Start has any lasting beneficial effects.
Sandy Escobido personal experience came from her parents. She quoted that we are to shape the child life for the better.
Louise Sparks knew she alway wanted to be a teacher and so did her mother. Her passion is the love for the kids and how teaching made her feel.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe
I had to do a book report on this book in my first class for my Bachelor. I did not want to read this book but for a grade I had no choice. I was glad I did this story was full of actions and it was a page turner. I really enjoyed reading this story. I did not need to see the movie after reading this story. This book showed a family sticking together.
